Group Therapy

People gathering together in gymnasium or recreational hall with chairs, sunlight streaming through windows, creating a moody atmosphere.

You are not alone.

Joining a therapy group can be tremendously beneficial to your recovery. As human beings, and as those created in God’s image, we are built for community.

I truly believe we cannot heal alone, but that we need support from others to help us in our journey.  Whether you are currently in individual or couples therapy or may have been in the past, a therapy group can be a valuable option for ongoing support.
