Group Therapy
If you’re tired of trying to fight this battle alone, a men’s group can give you the structure, support, and accountability you’ve been missing. These groups are for Christian men who want to live in integrity and are ready to talk honestly about porn and unwanted sexual behaviors in a safe, judgment-free space.
In group, you will:
- Connect with other men who truly “get it”
- Learn practical tools to manage triggers & prevent relapse
- Practice honesty, accountability, and healthy vulnerability
- Integrate your faith into the recovery process
Groups meet online, run for a set number of weeks, and are kept small so everyone has space to share.

Individual Therapy
Pornography and unwanted sexual behaviors may bring brief relief, but over time they create shame, secrecy, and distance from the life and relationships you actually want. If you’ve tried to stop on your own and keep getting pulled back in, individual therapy can give you a clear, structured path forward.
In our work together, we will:
- Understand what’s driving your patterns beneath the surface
- Build practical tools to handle urges, triggers, and relapse
- Address shame and guilt through a grace-based, Christian lens
- Strengthen your capacity for honesty, connection, and integrity
Not sure if you need individual therapy or a group?
We can decide together during a free 15-minute consultation.

This is a relatively personal decision. They both have a place in recovery and provide support in different ways. The services page can give more information on the specific work I do whether in groups or individual. If you are here seeking help for the first time there could be mixed thoughts regarding groups. On one hand, group community can be a place of encouragement as you hear of others who are going through similar experiences and you don’t have to feel alone. On the other hand, the idea of a group could feel extremely overwhelming as you have never shared your secrets with anyone let alone a group of other men. With the latter you may want to start with individual therapy. I have clients who have started with one and not the other and later switched based on their needs. I have had clients who have done both at the same time. If you are still unsure, I am happy to talk with you to evaluate what could be a good place to start. You can contact me to schedule a free consultation.

I work with adult men in California and Utah through secure online sessions. This is a cash-pay practice (superbills available for potential out-of-network reimbursement).

Individual and couple sessions are 45 minutes and I typically recommend starting therapy on a weekly basis to build momentum. As we work together we can have ongoing conversations to adjust the frequency if needed. If you have any further questions or concerns on this I would love to talk with you. You can contact me by phone or email. Details are listed on my contact page.
Groups meet weekly for 90 minutes for a set number of weeks, depending on the group. They are billed on a monthly basis. You can find more information on the specific type of groups that might be starting on the groups page. This page is updated regularly with any new groups that are forming.

Not at all. I find that Christians often desire working with a therapist who aligns with their faith and can give clear direction amid difficult circumstances. With that said, I desire to meet men and couples where they are at on their faith journey and will not force anything upon them. If you want to know more about how I work and see if we are a good fit you can schedule an initial consultation with me and I will be happy to answer any of your questions.

CSAT stands for Certified Sex Addiction Therapist. Therapists with this certification have specialized training to understand and treat pornography and sex addictions. With this specific training you can connect with someone who can meet you where you are at, is not shocked by anything you have done and will have insight with how to get you out of your repetitive cycles.
With couples, they have specific training on how to disclose secrets between you and your partner, that will set you up to have a better chance at healing. If your addiction is not yet known in your marriage this could be a vital part to your recovery and restoring of your relationship.
